CharactersGreedo
An inept Rodian bounty hunter who once served Jabba the Hutt. Born to an outcast clan, Greedo lived a difficult life far from his homeworld. He eventually found himself on Nar Shaddaa, where he joined the company of skilled bounty hunters and began learning the trade. However, as his first contract, Greedo unwisely agreed to kill the smuggler Han Solo and claim the Millennium Falcon for Jabba. The untrained Rodian youth botched the job and was handily dispatched by Han. From the time he was a young child, Greedos life was marked by violence. When he was only 3, thieves butchered his bounty-hunter father and stole the familys wealth. Reduced to poverty, Greedo and his pregnant mother, Neela, fled Rodia. They were joined by Neelas two brothers, Nok and Teeku, as well as several members of their familial clan. These refugees eventually discovered a lush jungle world, where they lived in tranquility for many years. Unfortunately, when Greedo was 15, the hunters who killed his father invaded Tetsus clans sanctuary. In the chaos that followed, Greedo and his family managed to escape the world and landed on the port moon of Nar Shaddaa, where they attempted to forge new lives. While working in the districts of Level 88, Greedo intervened when a cyborg name Gorm attacked the bounty hunters Spurch "Warhog" Goa and Dyyz Nataz. Remarkably, Greedo killed Gorm. Impressed by the young Rodians courage, Goa agreed to train Greedo as a bounty hunter. A few months later, the trio traveled to Tatooine, where Greedo hoped to become one of Jabba the Hutts henchmen. To please the crime lord, he foolishly accepted a mission to capture or kill the smuggler Han Solo. Ironically, like many other bounty hunters across the galaxy, Greedo apparently encountered Han Solo prior to their fateful encounter in the Mos Eisley cantina. Shortly before leaving Nar Shaddaa, Greedo attempted to steal a pair of Dekk-6 power couplings from the mechanic Shug Ninx. Unfortunately, these devices were reserved for the Millennium Falcon. Chewbacca caught Greedo, and Han Solo took the Rodians rancor-skin jacket as restitution. For this slight, Greedo vowed revenge. Greedos quest for vengeance failed utterly. After cornering Solo in the cantina, Greedo tried to shoot his enemy, but his blast went wild. Solo returned fire, ending Greedos short career. Soon after, the cantina bartender, Wuher, stole Greedos body. With the aid of his droid, C2-R4, he drained the bounty hunters blood and created a potent new liquor in the hopes of pleasing Jabba the Hutt.
