Ryan Vs. Brandon 2 was released to the Internet on January 28, 2011 and is the sequel to Ryan Vs. Brandon. It again features good and evil and is set in an industrial setting instead of outdoors as was displayed in the first film. The film showcases great lightsaber action, and special effects. Animating a Walking Carpet

The Official Star Wars Site has provided an article that talks about Peter Mayhew working with Dave Filoni to have Chewbacca make an appearance in The Clone Wars.

"The Chewbacca sounds were sourced from the same bank as the original films, but Dave Filoni and Matt Wood thought it would be nice to get a small sample of my voice mixed in," says Mayhew. "This goes back to everyone at Lucasfilm feeling that they needed me to portray the character in every way possible. After so many years of being asked to do the growl for fans, I've found that I'm actually quite good at it. I'm absolutely thrilled to be part of the series. The animation is amazing, and they really captured the essence of Chewie. As soon as I saw it I said 'that's it. He's there. That's Chewbacca.'"

Be sure to read the entire article.

Shadow Games

The Official Star Wars Site has provided a first look at the cover art to Shadow Games, a new Star Wars paperback novel by Michael Reaves and and Maya Kaathryn Bohnhoff, scheduled for release this October from Del Rey Books. The cover art is by Scott Biel.

Javul Charn is the most famous pop star in the galaxy -- and the runaway bride of a violent lieutenant in Black Sun, the crime syndicate commanded by Prince Xizor. Or so Javul says. Soon after Dash Rendar, broke and desperate, agrees to be Javul's bodyguard, he realizes that openness is not her strong suit -- and that murder is stalking her tour.

Between the discovery of dead bodies in a cargo hold and an attack by an unidentified warship, Dash and co-pilot Eaden Vrill desperately try to understand who is terrorizing Javul's tour and why. When Han Solo suddenly joins Javul's road show, the stakes are raised even higher. Now Dash, who has a history with Han and an even worse history with Prince Xizor, follows his instincts, his discoveries, and Javul herself -- straight into a world that may be too dangerous to survive!
