Fanboy's Guide to
the Galaxy Ends |
Today I am sad to announce that
the podcast "Fanboy's Guide to the Galaxy" has come to an end. After discovering
that the show would not continue, I spoke with Ryan about doing a final episode.
It turns out that it was just not meant to be. Here is a word from Ryan:
Hi everyone,
We would like to inform you that there will not be a finale for
Fanboys Guide to the Galaxy. After more than a month of trying to work around
schedules and seeking the motivation to record the final episode, we have now
decided that another episode will not be possible. So with this note, Fanboys
Guide to the Galaxy is officially ended.
We would like to thank all of our listeners for your support
over our year long run, we couldn’t have done this show without you! The podcast
started very small, just two ForceCast fans who wanted to be podcasters too, and
as the show went on, more Star Wars fans started tuning in, and the overall
quality of the show increased amazingly thanks to our guests, friends of the
show, and loyal listeners. I do want to give a huge thanks to Galactic Voyage
for giving us a home to express our fandom and guide our podcast, we really
appreciate it!
So, once again thank you, and may the Force be with you,
always…
-Ryan Zasso (co-host and producer)
The episodes will remain available for those who wish to listen or download
them in the Galactic Escape
Pod section. Special thanks to hosts Ryan Zasso and Eric Boggs. They
approached me with the podcast idea and I have really enjoyed being able to
bring you their work. I wish both of them the best of luck moving forward.
