Episode 2 & 3 News!
Today TF.N has received a cool theory about the release date of Episode III. Wolfgang Vader comes up with this interesting scenario regarding release dates and when Episode III will appear in theaters:
"I was doing a little calendar checking and made an interesting discovery. If George Lucas continues his pattern of movie release dates, Episode 3 will be released on Wednesday May 25, 2005, exactly 28 years to the day that Episode 4 was released. I noticed that George has always released his movies on the Wednesday before Memorial Day. Again, all of this depends on sticking to the pattern, but as we've seen in the past, George does like patterns. How perfect would it be for the prequel trilogy's final installment to be released exactly 28 years to the day that the classic trilogy was first shown to the world? I guess we'll just have to wait and see:"

1977
"The Empire Strikes Back" : Released Wednesday, May 21, 1980
"Return of the Jedi" : Released Wednesday, May 25, 1983
"The Phantom Menace" : Released Wednesday, May 19, 1999
"Episode 2" : expected release Wednesday, May 22, 2002
"Episode 3" : expected release Wednesday, May 25, 2005
