The 501st Stormtroopers are out "in Force" at the Greensboro Doll & Toy Show this weekend, at the Coliseum in Greensboro NC. There were a bunch of them in Stormtrooper, Scout Trooper, Imperial Officer uniforms etc. A group of them (including 501st founder Albin Johnson) was scheduled to arrive after marching in the Christmas parade in Raleigh.

In addition to providing security like they did at C2, you can have your picture taken with the 501st crew at their setup at the show's entrance. All they ask is a small donation for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, which helps make dreams come true for children with severe and often life-threatening illnesses. So go to the show, see the troops, spend a wad of cash on Star Wars toys, and do a good deed for the day!

Okay all of you North Carolinians! Get out to the Greensboro Coliseum and support our local 501st chapter as they help the children of the Make-A-Wish Foundation! This means you Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Kernersville (Me), and Highpoint! Lets make some wishes come true this season! If you need directions, let me know.
