As consumers of Star Wars podcasts, I understand that your listening time is at a premium. Most podcasts in my opinion have one fatal flaw... They are all to long! The majority are between 1 to 2 hours and that is a ton of time to invest when the meat of those podcasts could have been covered in about 30 minutes or less unless there are special guests.

Our goal for the episodes is to be concise and to the point and not waste a lot of your time. Not that I don't think he would be great for the job, would do well, and he is a huge Star Wars fan, but will he remove himself from directing future Star Trek movies? My thinking is that there would be some overlap between schedules if he were to direct both Star Wars and Star Trek movies. If nothing else, I would be concerned about sheer burnout? Remember, this is all another big rumor until we hear from Lucasfilm and or Disney.
